Hi, I’m Snezhana.

For years, I was caught in a painful cycle of strict dieting and emotional eating. It felt like I was forever swimming in a deep, exhausting ocean — and those moments when I allowed myself to eat were like escaping to a sunny island. But the comfort never lasted.

My weight swung so abruptly that I kept two sets of clothes in my closet: one for the slim me, and one for the me who always seemed to slip back. I avoided social gatherings again and again because I felt so ashamed of how I looked — and of how out of control I felt inside.

Everything began to change when I discovered the gentle power of mindfulness. I started truly listening to my body, nourishing it with vibrant foods that made me feel alive, and calming the emotions that used to drive me straight into food.

Now, I guide other women to find this same freedom — to lose weight with love, to feel light from the inside out, and to finally come home to themselves.
