Imagine feeling calm around food, at peace in your body, and truly present in your life.
If you’re tired of emotional eating and endless diets that leave you feeling defeated, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m here to help you break free and create the mindful, healthy life you’ve been longing for.

Hi there,
I’m Snezhana
I used to be a total health nerd — obsessed with eating perfectly and doing everything “right.” I tracked every bite, avoided social events, and measured my worth by the size I wore. But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t keep up with all the restrictions. My weight would balloon every now and then, and every comment about me “gaining weight” sent me spiraling.
Eventually, I realized that chasing perfect health was making me sick in a different way — mentally and emotionally. Being too healthy can feel just as heavy as being completely unhealthy.
Now, I write heartfelt articles, create nourishing recipes, and help women find balance and genuine happiness with food — without guilt, pressure, or extremes.
